Joseph Altieri is a production management professional, educator, and industry advisor focused on the advancement of domestic apparel and textile manufacturing.
With experience spanning over three decades, his work centers on the practical realities of production systems, factory operations, and the challenges facing U.S.-based manufacturing. His approach is grounded in applied knowledge, combining industry experience with a focus on operational clarity and long-term sustainability.
Through Joseph Altieri Consulting, he works with manufacturers, brands, and organizations to evaluate production processes, improve efficiency, and support the development of resilient, small-batch and domestic supply chains.
In addition to consulting, Joseph contributes industry commentary and develops technical content through Anchor & Alchemy Publishing, with a focus on documenting and advancing manufacturing knowledge within the apparel sector.
